Here are the reheating instructions for our delicious meats:

  1. If your meat has been refrigerated, let it sit on the countertop for at least 30 minutes to reach room temperature.
  2. For best results, tightly wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  3. If storing for a couple of days, vacuum pack the meat to minimize air exposure.
  4. When ready to reheat:
    • Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius.
    • Wrap the meat in foil to prevent moisture loss
    • Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on cut and type of meat), checking every 5 minutes until warmed (internal temperature of 65 degrees for beef).
    • Beef – 10-15mins
    • Pork – 5-10mins
    • Chicken – 5-10mins
    • Others – Generally within 10-15mins
