Here are the reheating instructions for our delicious meats:
- If your meat has been refrigerated, let it sit on the countertop for at least 30 minutes to reach room temperature.
- For best results, tightly wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- If storing for a couple of days, vacuum pack the meat to minimize air exposure.
- When ready to reheat:
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius.
- Wrap the meat in foil to prevent moisture loss
- Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on cut and type of meat), checking every 5 minutes until warmed (internal temperature of 65 degrees for beef).
- Beef – 10-15mins
- Pork – 5-10mins
- Chicken – 5-10mins
- Others – Generally within 10-15mins
